A Day of Mindfulness and Enlightenment ”깨달음의 날”

This Saturday Nov 18 is our day of Mindfulness and Enlightenment”깨달음의 날"- a retreat 용맹정진. It starts 9 am lasts until 2 pm at Han Seok Buddhist Foundation, 14069 104th Avenue Surrey, Canada. Please bring your lunch for mindful eating. Please bring warm clothes in case the venue is not warm enough.
