How to Start

Mindfulness Essentials is recommended for newcomers. You can find the class schedule at Schedule page.

If you can not find ‘Mindfulness Essential’ that meets your schedule, you could attend ‘Mindfulness’ (but ‘Mindfulness’ is not a substitute for ‘Mindfulness Essentials’).

If you still can not find a suitable program that meets your schedule, you can attend beginner’s online programs (which is free) at Mindfulness Support Group.

If you would like to learn more, you may attend Mindfulness Essentials or other programs.
