Have you tried mindfulness but found it difficult or don’t have time for practice? Learn mindfulness based on your goals, interests, skill levels, life style and pace. The individual lessons are designed to help you gain the most from mindfulness. Mindfulness is best taught one-on-one with a teacher who can address the actual needs of the student as they arise.

Individual lessons available both in-person and on Skype. Semi-individual (small group) lessons are also available.
