New to Mindfulness

Are you new to mindfulness?

A suitable class recommended for beginners is Foundations of Mindfulness. You can find all the class schedule in the schedule page.

However if Foundations of Mindfulness is not available in your area, you could attend ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ or ‘Mindfulness for Beginners’. Note: these classes are a quick start for a newcomer but are not a substitute for Foundations of Mindfulness, which is still recommended even though you attended these classes. Alternatively, you can learn foundations of mindfulness with individual lessons.
