Mindfulness Talk held online. It includes a short practice. Bring your questions about mindfulness or its applications such as difficulties in your practice or life.

You can join this event with your smartphone or computer (tablet, laptop or desktop having internet access. If you’re using a desktop computer, a microphone is also required. (webcam not required)
