Mindfulness on Skype

Mindfulness Talk held on Skype. It includes a short practice. It is free and open to anyone who wishes to learn from Sung. Bring your questions about mindfulness or its applications such as difficulties in your practice or life.

  • When: Tue 12:30 – 1:30 pm – Vancouver local time (also some Thursday 8 -9 PM and additional events are announced on Skype)
  • Where: Skype
  • Cost: free

You can join this event with your smartphone or computer (tablet, laptop or desktop having internet access. If you’re using a desktop computer, a microphone is also required. (webcam not required)

If you’re joining this event for the first time, contact the teacher at least 3 days in advance for connection instruction.
