Experience the healing and liberating power of mindful walk in nature. Sung leads nature walk regularly.
We are often absent during our walk, lost in thoughts about the past and future rather than attentive to our walking experience in the present moment. We practice mindfulness while walking in nature, allowing our minds to come back to the present moment and keep in touch with the real world.
The walks take place in carefully selected spots that are conducive to mindfulness practice. This event is held rain or shine. Dress for the weather.
