Mindfulness in Nature

Sung leads mindful qigong and mindful nature walk practice each Sunday morning in Green Timbers Urban Forest (Surrey). The practice takes place in carefully selected spots that are conducive to mindfulness practice.

Sung also leads and teaches mindfulness in nature in various other locations.

If you have not previously practiced mindfulness or do not know how to practice, come to Mindfulness Talk– basic practice instructions will be provided for you.
