Foundations of Mindfulness (spring 2017 highlight)

  • Foundations of Mindfulness is offered at 2 locations in Vancouver: Mount Pleasant Community Centre and Kerrisdale Community Centre.
  • Introduction to Mindfulness (Mindfulness for Beginners) is held numerous venues in Vancouver and elsewhere: Roundhouse Community Arts Centre, Kitsilano Community Centre, West End Community Centre, Glen Pine Pavilion (Coquitlam), Edmonds Community Centre (Burnaby), and White Rock Community Centre (White Rock).

Special note: for those who registered Foundations of Mindfulness at Mount Pleasant Community Centre. The class will be held at the multipurpose room 3 at Mount Pleasant Community Centre, starting at 7:30 pm on Friday May 19.

 

Mindfulness Weekly Practice and Retreats (spring 2017 highlight)

  • Weekly practice program is offered at 3 different locations in Vancouver and elsewhere: Roundhouse Community Arts Centre, Glen Pine Pavilion and White Rock Community Centre. If you can not attend any of these programs in person, you could join Weekly Practice Online session.
  • Retreats (Power of Mindfulness) will be held at Kerrisdale Community Centre and White Rock Community Centre.

Join Sung for weekly practice and talk over the Internet. It is ideal for those who cannot attend weekly practice in person.
