Sung Yang teaches mindfulness and liberating insight (the fruit of mindfulness). He taught thousands of mindfulness classes at recreation centers, schools, universities, hospitals, Buddhist centers and other organizations, teaching people from all walks of life.
He has been teaching full time since 2010 in Vancouver and
