Sung YangSung teaches mindfulness, a new way of living and being, to help people live better. He taught thousands of mindfulness courses/classes/programs at recreation centers, schools, universities, hospitals, Buddhist centers and other organizations, teaching people from all walks of life.

He has been teaching since 2010 in Vancouver and elsewhere. His teachings are paradigm shifting and life-changing according to those who learned from him.
