Sung Yang is a mindfulness teacher, dedicated to teaching mindfulness, the timeless practice of knowing the true nature, for the benefit of all. He taught thousands of mindfulness classes at recreation centers, schools, universities, hospitals, Buddhist centers and other organizations, teaching people from all walks of life.
Sung had a good fortune to learn from great teaching and also had fortune to spend extensive periods of time in retreats. Eventually the learning and the practice led him to awakening.
