Sung Yang teaches mindfulness (the liberating practice and a new paradigm for living well) to benefit learners and the world. He taught thousands of mindfulness classes at recreation centers, schools, universities, hospitals, Buddhist centers and other organizations, teaching people from all walks of life.
He has been teaching full time since 2010 in Vancouver and
