Highlights for winter 2020 mindfulness programs

  • Mindfulness Essentials is taught at two locations in Vancouver.
  • Mindfulness (weekly sessions) is provided in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and White Rock. (consisting of practice and learning new topics each week)
  • Mindfulness Retreat is held in Vancouver and Coquitlam.
  • Mindful Qigong and Eating are taught in Coquitlam and White Rock.
  • Mindfulness Talk and Mindfulness in Nature are held in Surrey.
