What Harm You
Believing to know what you do not know.
Believing you are right but wrong are others who you disagree.
Eliminating only the symptoms of your life-pain while leaving the cause.
Your mind operates automatically without your awareness or choice.
I-overdose (preoccupied with self-interest).

Knowing Your True Motivation
Knowing your true motivation does not matter if you live as a worker.
But if you do not know your true motivation, it is hard for you to live as a human.
A wise one knows whether his dream or life goals when achieved will harm or benefit himself. An unwise one believes his dream when achieved will harm himself as a dream that benefits himself. A wise one gains benefits by achieving his dreams. An unwise one gains pain in life and wastes his life by achieving his dreams.
A useful thing becomes useless when you do not know how to use it. So are the thoughts that come to you during meditation. So are pains in life. So is everything you experience.
A car can be helpful or harmful to you depending on how you use it. Likewise, your family members, friends, co-wokers and other people you meet in your life can be helpful or harmful to you depending on how you deal with them.

A wall does not bump into you.

you are inviting more pain to your life.
Just like too much vitamin A in the body becomes toxic, preoccupation of I my me mine in the mind becomes toxic.

If you do not want to bring pain to your life, know what to put and what not to put in your mind.
Silencing a Fire Alarm
Eliminating symptoms of life pain while leaving the cause is like silencing a sounding fire alarm without extinguishing the fire.
The one who creates your life. The one who creates your misery. The one who creates your happiness. The creator is you.
You are having fruit of your past actions.
Your current actions are seeds for your future fruit.
Finding faults in yourself awakens you.
Finding faults only in others keeps you dreaming.
