Notice changing scenery while some objects are appearing in and disappearing from your sight.
Notice moving while you are approaching or passing some objects, for example, a traffic sign, another car.
Notice changing direction while your car is turning or changing a lane, for example, making a right turn at an intersection.
Notice changing speed when your car is starting or stopping.
You may also include other objects such as vibration, sounds, breath, body and mind

You can mentally say your experience with a word or phrases.
- “changing scenery” when the scenery is changing in your sight.
- “moving” when you are approaching or passing some objects.
- “changing direction” when your car turns or changing a lane.
- “changing speed” when your car is starting or stopping.
Note: Practice one method at a time or practice multiple methods at the same time if you can.
