Notice appearing while some objects are appearing in your sight.
Notice disappearing while some objects are disappearing from your sight.
For example, a cup, furniture, a light, a wall, a door, a window, a rock, a tree, a leaf or some other objects appear or disappear.
Optional: use this technique to be aware of mental phenomena (such as thoughts perceptions, feelings, consciousness) appearing in or disappearing from the mind.
Labeling technique makes the practice easier for beginners. You can mentally say your experience with a word or phrases.
“Appearing” when some objects are appearing in your sight.
“Disappearing” when some objects are disappearing from your sight.
