  • Foundations of Mindfulness is taught at two locations in Vancouver.
  • Introduction to Mindfulness is taught at several locations in Vancouver, Coquitlam and White Rock.
  • Weekly practice program is taught in Vancouver, Coquitlam and White Rock.
  • Retreats (Power of Mindfulness) will be held in Vancouver and White Rock.
  • Mindful Eating in Vancouver and Coquitlam.
  • Mindful Qigong in Vancouver, Coquitlam and New Westminster.
  • Mindful Walking in New Westminster.
  • Mindful nature walk and qigong practice each Sunday in Surrey and Tea/Coffee with Sung at a Surrey Starbucks.
