Mindfulness of Breathing for Seeing What Truly Is

These four breathing meditation practices lead us to seeing the true nature of the phenomena we called breathing. This method is also applicable to other objects, which we wish to see their true nature.

  1. Know your breath clearly while breathing.
  2. Know the cause of the breath while breathing.
  3. Know the breath from a different angle while breathing.
  4. Know what truly is while breathing.
