The talk topic for this Thursday evening mindfulness group meeting on Skype is ‘ how to cook and eat visual distractions ‘.
This topic is intended to benefit those who: wish to convert the driving time into a meditation session; are easily distracted during walking meditation; wish to improve meditation; and/or wish to awake.
Prerequisite: attended one of Sung’s classes or mindfulness group meeting.
