Power walk: mindfulness talk (Oct 19)

The talk topic for this Thursday evening mindfulness group meeting on Skype is ‘power walk’.

This topic is intended to benefit those who: experience restless mind during walking meditation; have difficulty walking slow pace; have difficulty meditating in walk fast or running; wish to gather the energy (qi, ki); wish to gain the power of choice; wish to improve sitting meditation; and seek awakening.

Prerequisite: attended one of Sung’s classes or mindfulness group meeting.

If you’re joining this event for the first time on this Thursday evening, contact the teacher in advance.

You can join this event with Skype (which require a smartphone or computer. If you’re using a desktop computer, a webcam is also required.)
