Rediscovering eating: mindful eating part 3 (Sept 7): mindfulness meeting online

On this Thursday evening mindfulness group meeting on Skype, you will need some food. Suitable food would be about 50 nuts or crackers or snacks for mindful eating.

This topic is intended to benefit those who: have food craving; experience difficulty practicing mindful eating; wish to improve sitting meditation; and wish to awaken with eating.

If you’re joining this event for the first time on this Thursday evening, contact the teacher.

This event requires Skype connection. If you have no mindfulness practice experience, you are recommended to attend a mindfulness introduction or foundations of mindfulness class before joining this session.
