Power over food (Aug 31)

You will need some food on this Thursday evening Skype session. Suitable food would be about 50 nuts or crackers or snacks for mindful eating.

If you’re joining this event for the first time on this Thursday evening, contact the teacher.

This event requires Skype connection. If you have no mindfulness practice experience, you are recommended to attend a mindfulness introduction or foundations of mindfulness class before joining this session.
