Mindfulness in the nature in Vancouver – July 25, 2015

We will practice mindfulness in Pacific Spirit Park on this Saturday (July 25, 2015) 5pm.

Please bring your mat, cardboard or sitting gear for your comfort. If you like to sit on the ground or a log instead, that is OK too. Bring something to cover yourself if you are concerned about mosquitoes.
