Mindfulness in Nature at Pacific Spirit Park in Vancouver

If you’d like to participate mindfulness meditation at Pacific Spirit Park at 3:30 PM on Saturday July 18, 2015. If you are coming, contact the teacher.

Please bring your mat, cardboard or sitting gear for your comfort. If you like to sit on the ground or a log instead, that is OK too. Bring something to cover yourself if you are concerned about insects.
