What should I do after having finished my first mindfulness class or course?
In order for you to get most out of what you learned in the class, you may do any one or more of the followings:
- Continue meeting the class participants as an informal group to continue your mindfulness practice after the course/class ended.
- Practice with a supportive mindfulness community. See Community or group page.
- Participate Weekly Practice. See the schedule page.
- Continue your learning. See Continuing Learning.
