Programs Examples for a Mindfulness Group

Indoor
  • Example 1: Sitting 20 min, walking 10 min, and discussion 20 min
  • Example 2: Sitting 20 min, walking 10 min, sitting 20 min, and mindful movement 10 min.
  • Example 3: Sitting 20 min and mindful movement 10 min.
  • Example 4: Mindful tea/coffee drinking 10 min and discussion 20 min.
  • Example 5: Mindful eating 20 min and discussion 20 min.
The above programs are suitable to practice for 30 to 60 minutes at work or home. Mindful eating practice may be suitable at lunch hour. You can add mindful speaking and listen for 20 minutes if you have additional time.
Outdoor
  • Example 6: Walking 60 min.
  • Example 7: Qigong 30 min and walking 30 min.
