Why learn mindfulness?

There many reasons why people learn (and practice) mindfulness. There are three different ways you can find out.
  1. Read the benefits of mindfulness.
  2. Meet the people face to face in the community and listen to what they say about the reasons.
  3. Find out through your own experience (Come and experiencing for yourself )
