We are often absent during our workout, lost in thoughts about the past and future rather than attentive to our exercise in the present moment.
Exercising in a gym provides a unique opportunity to practice mindfulness. In this informal mindfulness class, you will learn how to practice mindfulness in a gym and bring your mind back to the present moment. The mindfulness practice allows you to discover and experience richness of present moment. So that you enjoy more of your exercise. Also you will discover how to convert your time and mundane activity into an opportunity to enhance your mindfulness skills. This mindful practice at gym trains both the body and mind.
This is an informal mindfulness class intending to teach mindfulness techniques which you can use in your daily living. Instruction provided. Free to participate.
